MyClass is an Early Access learning platform that helps a learner turn a goal into a plan, learning activity, reflection and reviewable progress.
Is MyClass a tutoring course?
No. MyClass provides tools and generated learning support. It is not a school, university, government service or a substitute for a qualified educator.
How does AI help?
Where the provider and safety gates are available, AI can help organise a plan, explain an idea, propose practice and support reflection. The learner remains responsible for decisions.
Can AI be wrong?
Yes. Generated material may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important academic and other high-stakes information with authoritative sources or a qualified professional.
What can I learn?
The platform is designed for a wide range of academic, language, professional and personal learning goals. Available tools and content vary during Early Access.
What happens to my progress?
Signed-in activity may be stored with your account so it can be reviewed over time. Account boundaries limit user-specific data to authorised access.
Is MyClass free during Early Access?
The current catalogue may include a free plan. Exact availability is shown when you sign up or view pricing; Early Access does not promise permanent free access.
Are paid plans available?
Paid checkout is not currently available. Plan information may be shown for transparency, but no paid purchase is available until the payment gate is enabled.
Is MyClass affiliated with a school, university or government?
No affiliation is claimed. MyClass is an independent learning platform unless a specific relationship is explicitly identified and verified.
How does MyClass handle younger learners?
Users under 13 cannot create an account. Users aged 13–19 require separately verified guardian authorization; that activation flow is not yet available. Adult self-service accounts are available from age 20.
What languages are supported?
The global experience is being built for multiple languages. Coverage can vary by surface, and generated content quality depends on the language and available provider.
Can I delete my account?
A safe deletion workflow is not yet generally available. Contact support for the current process; no page should imply instant deletion until the verified workflow is active.
