Payments / account lifecycle
Payment, cancellation, and refund information
What a learner or parent should verify before paying or requesting an account change.
Before payment
Use only the price, plan identifier, billing cycle, currency, and payment method shown by the server-loaded catalogue and final checkout review. If a quote or payment capability is unavailable, do not rely on cached screenshots or old promotional copy.
Payment state and access
Submitting evidence or receiving a provider response does not by itself grant access. Entitlements are created only after the server verifies the canonical order and approved payment transition. Duplicate or conflicting requests must be reviewed safely rather than applied twice.
Cancellation and refund inquiries
No blanket refund, automatic-renewal, cancellation-window, or processing-time promise is made here. Paid checkout is not currently available. Official general inquiry channels are listed on the contact page; this does not establish a refund promise or response deadline. Never send passwords, access tokens, or full payment credentials to an unverified address.
Account deletion and financial history
Requesting account deletion does not erase orders, transactions, payment evidence, promotion accounting, entitlement history, or immutable security/audit records that must be preserved for reconciliation or applicable obligations. Identity fields should be minimized or anonymized according to the reviewed retention policy.
Current activation status
Payment-integrity activation remains founder-controlled and database-gated. A visible plan card is product information, not proof that checkout or a provider is currently available. The interface should show an explicit maintenance state when the safe payment contract is unavailable.
